When reporting a problem, it can be helpful to include your iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, Pocket Phrasebook app version, and a brief description of what happened.
Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your support request.
Subscriptions
Pocket Phrasebook Pro subscriptions are purchased and managed through your Apple account. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the App Store subscription settings on your device. Purchase and refund requests are handled by Apple.
Translation or pronunciation problems
If you find a translation or pronunciation that doesn't look or sound right, you can report it through the feedback options within Pocket Phrasebook or contact us at support@flowqa.com.
